SONiC + VPP in Action: VXLAN & BGP EVPN in Containerized Networks - Miroslav Mikluš & Filip Sterling, PANTHEON.tech

This demo shows how to set up a VXLAN tunnel using SONiC and VPP in a containerized environment. We will deploy a prebuilt SONiC-VPP container, configure VXLAN with BGP EVPN, and check how traffic flows between two routers. The demo will also use VPP’s packet tracing to show how VXLAN packets are sent and received. Attendees will learn an easy way to launch and test VXLAN networking with open-source tools.
